A new special offering coming in from the Marcala region of Honduras.  This is a relationship coffee. This cup is sweet, medium-bodied with subtle fruit notes and a milk chocolate aftertaste.
Raos, a coffee cooperative in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras, situated in the Montecillos Mountain Range, began as a non-profit organization. Its primary goal is to enhance the economic, social, and cultural well-being of its members through the sale of organic coffee and other products. Since 1996, Raos has become a beacon of economic progress in the area, led by 16 men and four women who are organic coffee growers. Marcala Select, a coffee that embodies the rich tradition and superior quality of the Marcala region in Honduras, is meticulously crafted by Raos, selecting beans from various regions to create this exceptional cup.
 
This is a relationship coffee, created by years of cooperation between growers, green coffee buyers, and roasters. These relationships have allowed the Raos co-op to flourish and continually produce exceptional coffees.  In the cup it is sweet, medium-bodied with subtle fruit notes and a milk chocolate aftertaste.
